Fair Trade Baskets: Wall Decor

By Oreeko

What an amazing idea it is to use different sizes and colors of baskets to decorate a wall. It’s gives the wall a very unique pop of color, style and it’s a fun and easy project to do.

Get the inspiration by Natalie Fuglestveit Interior Design by using fair trade baskets. I love that although the decor has a very strong ethnic feel, it’s not overwhelming. It’s clever how most of the baskets are neutral, the eye is immediately drawn to the few colored ones.

Tip: Before hanging the baskets on the wall, try placing them on floor first. Play around with them and see what fits your style the best. Then take pictures of different combinations. Wait a couple of hours to see if you still like it. Then go for it!
