Vegan Man is at it again! On this episode, he brings you his ultimate raw chocolate mousse recipe–just four healthy ingredients and a whole lot of chocolate-y goodness.
4 ripe avocados
3/4 cup raw cacao powder (add more for more bittersweet)
½ cup of maple syrup
1 TBL Vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Cacao Nibs (optional for garnish)
Bananas/Strawberries (optional for serving with the mousse)
Add all ingredients to food processor and blend. You will need to scrape the side of processor with rubber spatula to incorporate all the ingredients. Blend until creamy and all green from avocado is gone. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight. You will be tempted to eat immediately (which you can do), but letting sit in fridge will allow ﬂavors to combine and the mousse to set so that it will have a nice ﬁrm texture when serving. Serve as is or add cacao nibs to top and/or sliced bananas and strawberries. Enjoy!
