Watch: Immunity-Boosting Raw Carrot Ginger Soup Recipe

On this episode of Conscious Living, Vegan Man whips up a tasty carrot ginger soup recipe that will help boost your immune system, make your but happy and your taste buds too! All you need is five simple ingredients, a blender and a juicer.

INGREDIENTS

3 cups carrot juice (freshly juiced using low speed juicer if possible)

1 ripe avocado

2 Tbsp maple syrup

1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced

1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp. sea salt

2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

Pour carrot juice into blender. Then add avocado, maple syrup, ginger, cayenne, sea salt and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your soup bowl. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
