(if possible use all organic ingredients)
- 2 organic bananas
- 1 and 1/2 cup of organic amaranth flakes (you can use oats or any grains of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon of shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla alcohol-free extract (optional)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (or simply smash with a fork)
Cook for 15/20 minutes in the oven at 350 F – that’s it, done!
