Raw cheddar CHEEZE cracker recipe

If you're new to eating raw or dehydrating, try this delicious, raw cheddar "cheeze" cracker recipe on for size. It's an easy, healthy snack that can be eaten alone or with your favorite dip, tapenade or even as a mini sandwich. You and your kids will love it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Brazil Nuts
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 cup Diced Red Peppers
  • 1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Salt

How to make it:

  • 1. Soak sunflower seeds, brazil nuts, and almonds for 4 hours.
  • 2. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until as smooth as desired.
  • 3. Spread out on Excalibur Paraflexx sheet and dehydrate for about 18 hours.
  • 4. After approximately 6-10 hours, cut crackers to size you want.
