• Himalayan Pink Salt
• Vanilla Gelato (we prefer vegan ice-cream)
• Lemon Zest
• 3 scoops of Vanilla Vegan Ice-cream
• I like to use Himalayan pink salt, big and thick, it adds a crunchy element to the gelato
• A sprinkle of Lemon zest.
• Finally a drizzle of organic Olive Oil on top of the gelato.
