Chocolate Fudge Brownie Bliss Ball Recipe

If you love indulging in chocolatey snacks, but want a slightly healthier option, try this scrumptious brownie balls recipe. It’s raw, vegan and gluten-free, and super easy to make! All you need is a few simple ingredients and a high-speed blender.

INGREDIENTS

1 cups raw pecans


1 cup raw hazelnuts

2 cups chopped Medjool dates

1/2 cup cacao (more for increased dark chocolate flavor)

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 cup shredded coconut

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS

Pulse nuts and coconut in blender until they are small crumbs. Add remainder of ingredients to bowl and blend well until you have a large ball. Roll into 1” balls. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Can keep refrigerated for at l–2 weeks. Serve and enjoy!
